Do we need an existing website?
No. Every organisation can use a hosted booking address. Clubs with an existing site can instead embed the booking widget and keep the journey close to their own content.
Can we take monthly and one-off bookings?
Yes. Weekly classes can use monthly subscriptions, while camps and events can use one-off payments. The club defines the relevant price when creating the activity.
Can we limit the number of places?
Yes. Classes have a capacity and the public booking view shows availability based on the organisation's published information.
Can we offer a free trial?
Yes. A club can enable a trial and choose its duration for a class. The parent authorises a card and sees when the monthly subscription will begin unless cancelled.
